At sharp 2 pm Avyaan reached the Saint Ansley law college gate and stopped his Mercedes. His eyes were fixed on the college gate. After 15 minutes of waiting when he didn't see his destination, he picked up his phone and dialed Dhani's number. After 3-4 rings the call picked from the other side.

“Hello…” Dhani's low voice fell in his ears.

“Hello, jaan where are you? I am waiting for you just outside of your college.” He stated whilst Dhani was shocked on the other side.

“What are you doing here, Avyaan?” She asked and peek out from her staff room's window.

“Dancing on the road ... .of course I am waiting for you. Now, without wasting time, come out or else I will come inside…..” Avyaan warned and tapped his fingers on the steering wheel.

“I can't, I have papers to check…” She sighed and sat again on her seat. She held the red pen in right hand and started checking the papers again whilst her other hand was busy helding the phone.

“I will help you to check them, now come out” He said sweetly and heard her sigh.

“Fine, wait for me, I am coming…..” She agreed and started packing her bag. She went to the reception and signed on the attendance register then went out.

As she came out she saw his Mercedes which just stopped in front of her. She opened the gate and sat inside and then their car was talking to the air.

“So, how're you now?” He asked and changed his car to the bridge.

“I am fine but why are you asking me?” She looked at him confusingly.

“Ohh I thought you also get cramps, moodswings, and are irritated with the over flow of periods but it's nice to see you normal.” He shrugged, and crossed the bridge then stopped the car at signal.

“How do you know that I am on my periods?” She asked and looked at him suspiciously.

“Aree don't worry, I don't have any telepathic connection with your periods. It’s just you shouted in the morning about your periods and I heard that…” He replied and looked at her, nodded her head.

“So, where are we going now?” Dhani asked and looked at the traffic which was so much that their car was just moving a little bit in every minute whilst she was feeling nausea.

“We're going to have lunch then I'll drop you home so that you can take a rest…” Avyaan was also waiting for the traffic to clear.

“Avyaan, I am not feeling well. Can we get out of this traffic? I feel nauseated ...” Her face was showing her feelings clearly.

“Just a minute I am taking the turn from the cut so that we can go to the other side.” The cut was on their left as soon as the car which was just in front of them was gone. Avyaan moves his car and takes a u-turn.

First thing he did after taking the u-turn was to stop the car at the side and Dhani fastly opened the door and threw up everything. Avyaan ran to the other side and held her hair from one hand and rubbed her back from the other.

After throwing out everything Dhani stood straight and put her head on his shoulder. He made her sit inside the car and took out the tissues and water bottle.

“Does this also happen to you in periods?” He made her drink water and clean her mouth with tissues while she shook her head.

“It's because of car sickness, well this does not happen to me every time but when I am sick or not feeling well then it hits me very badly.” She adjusted herself on the seat, he nodded and moved her hair from her eyes and tucked behind her ear.

“I will take you home, I will tell the servant to make some Khichdi for you” He turned on the car and headed directly towards the Sherawat mansion.

In 15 minutes they reached home. Avyaan looked at the passenger's seat where Dhani was resting her head and her face was pale. She opened the door and came out whilst he also came out then they head together inside the mansion.

“You go to the room I am coming to in a minute….” She nodded and slowly with heavy steps she reached the lift and went into the room.

Avyaan moved to the kitchen where he saw the servants and ordered them to make the Khichdi. At the dining hall he saw Malini having her lunch alone and using her phone.

“Hey, mom, it's a bad habit to use your phone while eating…” Avyaan sat beside Malini.

“You here is everything okay or your elder brother shouted at you and you came to complain about him.” Malini sipped the soup and put the phone away.

“No, mom I come here to drop Dhani and I don't do this stuff now and now the situation is just the opposite. I take your complaints to bhai…” Avyaan replied and winked at her, she shook

“Ohh so Dhani is here good actually I have so much work related to your Dada jii’s death anniversary and I have to go somewhere so I will tell her to manage few things, then Siya will come to help her.” Malini smiled.

“Mom, Dhani is on her periods so don't tell her any work and Siya bhabhi will also get tired after her job and I know that you have to go to your fancy high class kitty party so leave it today and see the arrangements otherwise Mr.Sherawat will not leave you of the arrangements will complete on time afterall he only loved one person in this world after himself who was his father. So think before you go anywhere or else your pati parmeshwar will turn into a beast husband.” Avyaan picked the cucumber and got up quickly from his seat and turned to go away.

Malini saw him in anger and Avyaan knew what was coming next to him so he rushed away from the dining table.

“Avyaan, stop you treacherous….” She shouted but he ran quickly on the stairs.

Aayti was going inside her cabin with a huge smile plastered on her face. She quietly went inside the cabin and locked the door properly. She turned and she started jumping.

“Yey my book got selected to go to the international festival,” She jumped and danced.

Then after getting tired she sat on her seat and picked her phone. She called Advitya and waited for him to pick up. Advitya was having a conversation with Laksh and finance department head who was in his early 30’s.

The most important thing about the Sherawat's corporation is that they have hired most of the young staff in their business empire. So, they can do the work being more dedicated, energetic with new thoughts in their mind. The 80% of staff of their empire is just below 35 and 20% was above 35 and that was the people who were just working here more than 10 years.

“Advityaaaaaa…you know what happen?” She excitedly said loudly.

“No, I Don't….” He said casually and signed on a file and gave it to Laksh who was staplering all the documents together.

“My book has been selected for an international festival,” She jumped on her place.

“Nice, congratulations” He replied in a monotonous tone.

“Okay, so today the party is on me, you just have to come and pick me from the office, I will wait for you, my Prego husband…” Before he could reply she cut the call, he looked at the phone screen and shook his head.

At 6 o'clock Advitya came out from his car and leaned on the bonnet of his BMW with the black shades on eyes, formal suit. His one hand was in his pocket while the other one was using the phone.

Every other person who was passing from the same street wasn’t able to not pass a glance to Advitya but his eyes were stuck on his phone only.

“How’re you jiju saa?” Advitya heard the manly voice and raised his head to see the person.

“What the hell are you doing here?” Advitya asked and keep his phone back in his pocket.

“Are you forgetting that I am your wife's brother, Ryan.” He said and without being bothered too much he ignored him and saw Aayti who was coming out from the office.

“Let’s go, Advitya.” Aayti came and said this to look at Ryan.

“Yeah let's go…” They both sat inside the car and tied the seat belt.

“So, what was he saying to you?” Aayti asked and looked at Advitya focusly.

“Who? Ryan? Ohh he was just asking me if I could marry him but I told him clearly that I am not interested in boys and I have already made a mistake marrying your sister and I am bearing her so I don't want her small version, I am already fed up.” He replied and she narrowed her eyes.

“You don't know him, how cheap and the biggest thief he is…”

“I don't wanna know anything about him and what he stole from you?”

“He stole my cabin, dad promised me that he would transfer this company in my name but he didn't and made him the owner. He does nothing other than fucking the chicks in my cabin, he has literally made my cabin a brothel and here I am doing hard work like a donkey.” Her face turned into a gloomy one.

“Aree, Aayti you know I heard somewhere…..Jheel ko kehte hai lake,
why compare yourself with others when,
You are Lakhon mein ek….” He looked at her with a side eye and saw a big smile on his face.

“Aree wahh where did you hear it?” She wriggled her eyebrows.

“On your book reviews, I was just checking if you were telling the truth about the book being selected, then I searched and saw the reviews.”

“Ohh so you were checking if I was telling the truth or not…” Aayti asked with doubt.

“Huh of course,” He shrugged and saw her staring at him while he focused on driving.

Siya was just laid on the bed after changing her saree into a simple light pink cotton suit. Adrakansh was doing his work on the laptop, she looked at him then turned her eyes on the balcony where she saw the moon shining bright in the sky, the winter nights have their own taste of beauty.

“Adrakansh….” She was still staring outside and admiring the black sky with a full moon and stars.

“Hmm”

“I want to eat jalebi and rabri.”

“Then eat…”

“But for that you’ve to bring that, you know in Banaras I and Veer used to eat it alot on the ghat even in Mathura Baba always brought that for me and Maa.” She said excitedly and sat straight in front of him.

“Then go to Banaras and Mathura to eat….” She pouted and tried to close the laptop.

“I am serious,” As soon as she tried to shut the screen, Adrakansh glared at her and gritted his teeth.

“Are fucking not understanding? Can't you see that I am busy making a presentation. Ohh sorry how can I except this someone who doesn't even know the real meaning of work. You just babysit some kids but I have the burden of the Sherawat empire on my shoulders so never try to pull this stunt again…” He barked and taking his laptop he went inside the study room.

‘How can I expect something good from him, Siya, you need to understand that here nobody is yours.’

‘Just his polite tone made you think that he started thinking about you then a big NO.’

‘Now, wipe your tears and sleep already, you have so many things to do tomorrow.’ With wiping her unwanted tears she slept on her side.

At 4’o clock Adrakansh came out from his study room and saw her sleeping soundly. He looked at her and removed a few strands from her face, he sighed and went to the washroom. In just 5 minutes he changed his clothes and wore a tracksuit then went to gym.

After reaching the gym he removed his jacket and just a lower hanging on his waist. He grabbed his phone and typed a message, kept his phone back and started doing his exercise.

At 5am Siya woke and in just half an hour she got ready in a light green color saree and made a loose bun with clutcher tucked on her hair while the hair strands were just falling on her face. She grabbed her shawl and went out of the room.

She directly headed to the temple and opened it. She smiled and cleaned the temple. After this she went to the kitchen to make some prasad but as soon as went inside the kitchen a strong smell of ‘Desi ghee’ touched her nose.

“Who’s this in the kitchen at this time?” Siya headed inside the kitchen and saw the cook who was humming a song and frying something in ghee.

“Kaka, what are you cooking?” She asked and saw the jalebi which was frying in the big pan. On the other side there was a pot in which she saw the rabri.

“Jalebi and rabri…ohh my god but why are you making this? I mean nobody eats this and if mummy jii got know about this then she will shout on us…” She asked and saw some other jalebi floating in the sugar syrup.

“Aree don't worry bahurani…Adrakansh sir has ordered us to make this so that's why I am making it,” Siya was shocked to hear him.

“Are you sure?” She again confirmed, he nodded his head. She picked a bowl and put two jalebi in it then poured some rabri on it.

“I am coming after doing the aarti till you make them…” She smiled, went to the temple and did the aarti.

After doing the aarti she ran to the kitchen where she saw Aayti and Dhani who were eating the jalebi.

“Hmm after so many decades I have had this kind of jalebi…” Dhani said and dipped the jalebi in the rabri.

“Well I have eaten the jalebi but I am trying it with the rabri and it's really great.” Aayti praised the cook and took a bite.

“Ohh Madam Madonna, you guys should thank me that you got a chance to eat this or else if mummy jii will get to know about this she will put the huge house upside down.” They both saw Siya coming inside the kitchen. Siya picked a bowl and kept 5 jalebi with rabri.

“Ohh that black python snake only knows how to shout so don't worry. She will shout again and we will listen to her from one ear and take it out from another ear but for her we can't miss this delicious jalebi…” Dhani assured, Aayti nodded.

Dhani was sitting on the chair while Aayti was sitting on the slab.

“Hmm this is pure heaven…” Siya took the first bite and mumbled. She kept the bowl on a slab and start the process of making juice for Adrakansh in between this she was eating.

“Bhabhi, eat first then make the juice…” Aayti said seeing her doing the work while eating.

“Aree I have to make juice for Adrakansh. It's 6 already and he must be waiting and then I have to make breakfast and lunch for mummy jii. I will make breakfast later and eat the jalebi in my room so don't worry.” She said and with the hand blender she made the juice while taking the bites of jalebi.

“Bhabhi, we've the cooks so why are you bothering yourself?” Dhani asked and filled her plate again.

“Actually mummy jii only eats anything which is cooked by me, that's why…” She replied and turned off the blender.

“Ohh so now she wants food cooked by you…dude she should thank that she got three daughter-in-laws like us who are beautiful, mature, independent but no she wants the food too. Chauvinist, well leave her and tell me may I help you in anything?” Aayti asked and licked her fingers.

“No, not right now but if you really wanna help me then please can you come home on time actually tomorrow is Dada jii’s death anniversary, and I have to make the prasad so, can you help me tomorrow?” Siya asked and prepared the tray by putting a glass of juice and kept a plate of jalebi with a bowl of rabri in it.

“Sure, I don't have so much work in the office so I will take a day off and do the rest of the work from home.” She replied then Siya looked at Dhani.

“I am on my periods so I can't commit but I'll try to help you guys…” She said clearly.

“Ohh if you're on your periods then mummy jii will not allow you to come downstairs tomorrow but don't worry me and Aayti will manage.” Saying this Siya went out.

“What’s the logic behind this?” Dhani asked looking at Aayti who shrugged.

On the other side Siya reached the room and saw Adrakansh coming out of the washroom in just casual pants while the towel was hanging on his muscular shoulder and water was dripping from his hair.

He sat on the couch and Siya took out his medicines from the drawer and forwarded him. He shoved the pill in his mouth and drank the juice. His eyes fell on the plate full of jalebi and bowl of rabri which was neatly placed in the tray.

“Do you want to eat this? BTW do you know that this jalebi and rabri has been made on one order by some Adrakansh sir, who shouted at his wife last night and why didn't you sleep last night?” Siya was mumbling all the stuff when she saw his red bloodshot eyes which have been swollen because of lack of sleep.

“I have told you that I have to make a presentation and I freed myself from that at 4, after that I went to the gym…” He informed Siya sighed and looked at the wall clock in which the time wasc 6:30.

“When is your meeting?” She asked and ate her breakfast.

“I have a meeting in the afternoon, why?”

“Is all your work done?”

“Yep…”

“ Do you have any other meetings today?”

“Not really,”

“Then you should sleep for some hours because if your clients see your face they will get scared with your red eyes and cancel the deal so sleep, I will wake you up at 10 then you can reach the office at time” She again took a bite while he was looking at her.

“Do you like your sweet dishes?” He asked while she nodded and ate everything like there is no tomorrow.

“Of course, how can I not like my favorite sweet dish?”

“Hmm I have fulfilled your wish. Now I want my favorite dessert but at night…” Adrakansh winked and caressed her lips with his thumb on which there was some rabri. He licked the thumb.

“Uhmm sweet now I just wish that my dessert would also be as sweet as yours.” He smirked and went to bed. Siya was shockingly seeing her with her wide eyes.
