The constant sound of beep was echoing in the whole room. The machines were showing some red and green lines which were fluctuating. Adrakansh was sitting on a stool near Siya's bed holding her hand in both his hands. He was also holding her nuptial chain with her hand.

He was staring at her peaceful face which had no expressions. Her face wasn't glowing today as it does regularly. Doctors have removed all the jewelry and handed it over to Adrakansh.

He had kept them safely in his pocket as he knows how possessive she is for her things. His eyes were fixed at her pale face.

Past:-

Adrakansh has just come back from the office and saw none in the living room. He walked to the lift and pressed the 4th floor button. It is almost 10 o'clock at night and it has been raining cats and dogs since evening.

When he entered the room with wet hair and a slightly wet shirt, he found Siya who was standing in a simple cotton saree with a towel on her hand which was drying her hair.

He walked to her and threw his laptop bag on the bed. He went near her but still she was busy with her long hair while humming ‘Jaane kya baat hai.’ 

He ran his hand furiously on his hair near her back and neck, and some drops of water fell at her bare back which was visible through her blouse.

“Aahhh….” She turned but lost her balance and about to fall behind when he held her waist and pulled her towards him.

“Adrakansh, you scared me,” She put her one hand on her chest while the other on his shoulder.

“You know very well that none can come into my room without my permission,” He sternly said and rubbed his beard in her nape.

“Yeah, I know but at least you should've said something so that I got to know about your presence.” She looked at him up to down, being in his arms.

“Ohh and here I thought that you can recognize my presence by my fragrance,” He sniffed near her neck and got the Sandalwood smell in return.

“Why? Am I a dog? And why are you wet?” She asked and grabbing her pallu she started wiping his hair.

“Why would I be wet, it's your duty to be wet for me….” He shrugged and took out his face from her nape after placing a wet open mouth kiss on her collar bone.

She shivered and narrowed her eyes whilst he winked at her.

“Actually I was having a shower with my girlfriend but she got a call and she left the shower in the middle. So, I thought to complete it with you.” He left her and walked to the closet.

“Hmm not bad that means whenever I will leave you. You won't be alone right. Then I think I should leave you as soon as possible. So that you can bring your girlfriends freely.” She picked the towel from the floor. He turned to her.

“When you're leaving me wifey? You know whenever you'll leave me that day will be the best day of my life. But before leaving anywhere just bring the food, I am hungry.”

"Tell your girlfriend to bring food, even tell her to make you eat with her own hands…” She dropped the towel on the couch of the balcony as it was raining. So, she didn't leave it to dry on the railing. The roof on the half side of the balcony was covering the couches, swing, coffee table and her dream catcher. 

She came back into the room from the balcony by closing the glass door behind her. She found him leaning on the door of the closet with crossing his hands on his chest with a teasing smile.

“She makes me eat in the office but at home she has instructed me to eat by your hands,  darling. So, go and bring the dinner.” Ordering this to her, he went inside and Siya made faces before going out in the kitchen.

Present:-

He has closed his eyes tightly to stop himself from crying. The tears had gathered in his eyes.

“I know that I never gave you happiness, your rights in our relationship, I never gave you the love you deserve, I never respected our relationship but I promise Siya once you will be fine I will try my best to be a good husband. I will never let you down. If you want your orphanage I am ready to give you that. I promise I will try to forget Sugandha. I will never treat you like I did before. Please, Siya, open your eyes.” Tears streamed down from his eyes.

It was the second time he cried for someone in his life. First, he cried for Sugandha for hours after the cremation for her body. He was sitting there till her ashes turned cool.

“I don't wanna lose you, Siya. I can't endure this pain anymore. I won't stop you from doing anything. Please, Siya please wake up yar. I am tired. Ansh is tired now. It's been 10 hours since I haven't heard your voice. I beg you Siya…” He rested his forehead near her bed and begged. She was still sleeping peacefully like she hadn't heard anything.

“Bhai!!” Avyaan entered the ward with Advitya supporting him from behind. Aayti was also present with them.

They walked towards Adrakansh but he didn't lift his face. Avyaan slowly moved his arm around his neck and put his palm over his one cheek. He made her face up. His head touched his stomach. Advitya came forward and rolled his stool to behind. He hugged Adrakansh from front. 

Adrakansh's face was hidden in his stomach. He tried best to stop his tears but couldn't help. Avyaan hugged him from behind while Advitya hugged him from front. Aayti was feeling extremely bad from Adrakansh. 

She has always seen him in dangerous mode. They haven't talked very much but still she had the slight idea that he is not a person who shows his emotions easily. She moved to the other side of Siya's bed. Siya has one bandage around her head. Her face has slight injuries too. 

While an IV was connected to her hand. Aayti saw her pale face and caressed her cheek with the dorsal.

“Get well soon, Bhabhi. We miss you so much…” Aayti couldn't control herself and a drop of tear fell from her eyes to Siya's face.

Unknowingly Siya has become a very beautiful and important part of everyone’s life that nobody has the strength to see her like that.

Advitya was sitting on a bench of a garden which is just in front of the hospital. He had a Venti of flappecino in his hand. Which Aayti has bought for him forcefully.

“Avyaan, bhaiya please eat something or else you won't be able to take your medicines. You have to recover from these injuries before Bhabhi wakes up otherwise she will get to know that you had an accident.” She takes a morsel of Dosa near his mouth.

Avyaan looked at her puppy eyes and innocent face. He smiled but the water had filled in his eyes.

“I really miss my Bhabhi, Aayti…” He wiped his eyes with the hem of his T-shirt.

“We all do bhaiya but that doesn't mean that you will not eat. She will feel bad. Please, eat something then you'll have to look after Adrakansh bhaiya too. He also hasn't eaten anything since last night. It's been 15 hours.” 

She put a morsel of Dosa in his mouth which she had ordered for Advitya. She ordered food and beverages from outside for everyone because in the hospital canteen there was so simple and plain food. 

There were some snacks also available but that won't be able to fill everyone's stomachs. She ordered plain butter Dosa for Avyaan as she got to know that he had met with an accident two days before. So, spicy food is not allowed for him.

After putting a morsel in Avyaan's mouth she got busy making another morsel. Whilst he was staring at her continuously. She raised her head to make him eat more but felt his eyes on her. She looked at him confusingly.

“What happened, Bhaiya?” She asked and put another morsel in his mouth.

“Why are the Sherawats so lucky in the term of women? How do we always get women who care for us, respect us, support us no matter what? Bhabhi do you know that when Sugandha bhabhi got married to bhai we were so happy. She never missed a chance to take care of all of us. Then Siya bhabhi came into our life and she is a gem. She even beat Sugandha bhabhi in this race. Now, you and Dhani. Please, don't show your love and care to us because the woman who starts caring for us always ends up leaving us.” At last his voice broke.

“Bhaiya, you're thinking too much and I promise that nobody is going anywhere. Now, shut your mouth and eat. BTW I forgot to tell you that Dhani has messaged me last night that she will stay at her parent's house as her father is not well.” She informed him. He became silent and didn't say anything. As he was the one who messaged Aayti from Dhani's phone.

When Advitya and Adhrankash rushed to the hospital with Siya. She has messaged Avyaan and told him about everything that happened here. That day Avyaan told her about Sugandha.

“Now, your lunch has been finished. Take your meds and rest in the adjacent room of Bhabhi’s ward. I send Advitya to Adrakansh bhaiya so that he can make him eat something.” She passed him the water bottle and meds which Sahil had given her.

“Bhaiya, now go and sleep for sometime. I just checked out Advitya. God knows where this guy has dissappear….” 

He nodded and she went away. Avyaan sighed and opened his phone which had a very beautiful picture of Dhani on the wallpaper. He closed his eyes tightly and kept his phone on the table. He rubbed his temple.

‘No, Avyaan, you can't lose your control. She is happy in her life. Just let her be.’ 

‘You're the reason for ruining her life, her dreams and her love.’

‘She has all the rights to be happy and she is not happy with you.’

‘She can never be happy to be with you.’ 

‘Nobody can be happy with you. You're just worthless, who only knows to force people and snatch their happiness.’ His grip on his bandaged arm got tightened while thinking about this but he wasn't feeling any pain.

‘I ruin her, I ruin a pure soul, I ruin her life, I ruin her love.’ 

“Sir, your arm is bleeding…” A loud screech voice fell in his ears. He turned and saw a nurse and everyone looking at him as she had said loudly.

“Oh hello Mr.Devdas ki 6 aulad, what are you doing here?” Aayti asked and sat beside Advitya who still hadn't completed the flappecino.

“You have insulted Devdas by comparing him to Mr.Sherawat.” Advitya got up and walked four steps to the dustbin and threw the cup inside it. 

“Haww, why did you throw it? You food waster…” She loudly said but he ignored her and sat back in his place.

“It was cold and tasted very bad.” He casually said and shrugged.

“Ohh so you're saying that whatever I ordered is tasteless, huh?” She crossed her hands on her chest and narrowed her eyes.

“Nope, because I didn't taste the rest of the things.” 

“Hmm, I have made Avyaan bhaiya eat the food but you have to make sure that Adrakansh bhaiya eats the lunch and for that you’ve to eat. So, let's eat something.” She got up while holding his hand.

He pulled her back and she sat back in her place. He put his one arm around her neck and pulled her near him. 

“Stay here for sometime. It feels good here…” He softly said and without arguing anything she stared at him for some seconds then looked forward.

It was the starting time of February and the sun was shining bright in the sky. The sunlight was giving relief from the winter breeze.

“Are you worried about bhabhi?” She broke the silence.

“I am worried about everyone. You don't know what place Siya holds in our life.” He replied in a very slow voice. She put her one hand on his cheek and made him look at her.

“Trust me nothing will happen to her. Now, let's go, the rats are dancing in my stomach. If they come out then who will hold them?” She made a puppy face and he shook his head.

“BTW why did you order the food from outside? You could have eaten from the hospital canteen.” He wriggled his eyebrows.

“Your hospital canteen is just like you. I have checked their menu but they didn't have anything good to eat.” 

"But Biwi we are not here for a picnic…”  

“So, what if Siya bhabhi gets to know that we eat the tasteless food then she will get upset.” 

“Hmm, don't drag Siya in between. Just say that you weren't able to control your desire for the tasty spicy food that you can't leave a chance to eat it.” He narrowed his eyes, she nodded her head.

“Whatever you like dear Patidev. Now, let's go…” They stood up and walked to the canteen when her phone rang. She saw the caller id.

“Advitya, you just go to the canteen. I am coming in 2 minutes.” He nodded and without thinking too much he walked to the canteen. As soon as he went, Aayti picked the call.

“Dhani….”

Dhani was wearing a black kurta with white floral prints; she had paired it up with a white palazzo. She was stuffing her bag hurriedly with all the necessary items which she will need at the hospital. Lastly, she turned to the mirror and rolled her hair in a half open hair bun. She tucked the clutcher in her hair and turned to leave.

She picked her bag and wearing her flat black sandals she rushed out of the room. She ignored the talking and laughing voices from downstairs. She climbed down the stairs and without noticing anyone she was about to go out when her mother's voice fell in her ears.

“Dhani, beta where are you going?” She got up while her father, sister(Charvi) and her ex-fiance(Kunal) who is now married to Dhani's sister were sitting at couches and so many plates of snacks were on the coffee table.

“Maa, I am going to the hospital. Siya bhabhi…..I mean my elder sister-in-law had fallen from the stairs.” She turned but hearing the next voice her feet halted at her place.

“Hmm, this most rich man can never be happy with only one girl. So, to get rid of them they create a situation in which they kill their wife and then bring a new toy for play....” Kunal leered at Dhani. She walked near him and dropped her bag on the couch which was near her.

“I don't know about the richest men but I know a person who has nothing on his own and belongs to a high class family but he has cheated on his fiancé with her own sister. So, Mr.Kunal dholkia, when your own houses are made up of glasses then you shouldn't throw stones on others.” She grabbed her bag and looked at him with anger.

“And one more thing if you ever say anything about my family next time. I will tell them then the consequences will not be in your favor…” She pointed her finger to him and gave him an open warning.

“You bi—” 

“Kunal, leave her, she is just jealous of us and you know that she is too short tempered.” Charvi held Kunal's hand and stopped him from going behind her.

“Haa Damad jii, leave her as you know how she is…” Her father put his hand over Kunal's hand.

“Uhh….How? I mean, is ani your daughter or not? Like your one daughter is just so calm and she never argues but look at your elder daughter her anger button never turns off. God knows if her husband loves her or not. Because nobody can love a girl like her. Thank god I left her on time. The day when I asked her to leave her job, she denied and argued with me and I understood that she is a bitch. Then I asked Charvi and she agreed to marry me.”

He scoffed while she turned on their silent mode. Nobody said anything to Kunal even her parents were just sitting there with their heads down.

Dhani hugged Aayti who made her sit on the chair which was in front of her. Aayti came out in the canteen when she got a call from her that she has reached the hospital.

“I want to meet bhabhi.” Dhani desperately said and she was shaking her legs constantly.

“Before meeting Siya bhabhi you should meet Avyaan bhaiya. Don't panic but he met with an accident. He is fine now but I think you should see him. He is your husband and he needs you…” Aayti put her hand on hers.

Dhani still remembers when she saw Avyaan the last time he was in the wheel chair and his whole body was injured. It wasn't like he couldn't stand on his feet, it was just that he had no energy left inside him after torturing himself for hours.

Dhani entered a private room. The room's temperature was so soothing according to the outside's temperature. As the room heater was on.

She walked near the bed where Avyaan was sleeping and a glucose bottle's IV was attached to his dorsal. She went near him and saw his peaceful and cute face which he looks at whenever he sleeps.

But today on the cute face there were some bruises and cuts here and there on his face Seeing him she lost control over herself and burst into tears.

“I am sorry Avyaan. I know I've spoiled everything but please give me a chance. I promise I will mend everything….” She cupped his face and placed a gentle kiss on his forehead.
